I think you must use the Universal GUI version of TCP now: https://tcp.thinkwise.app/universal/

Downloading the Universal GUI seems to be possible, at least for me. Hope the Universal TCP version solves it!

Downloading using the web gui was deactivated a while back. Please use the universal gui instead. 

Perhaps it would be wise to reroute the old /web/ TCP version to the Universal one if that is the preferred version to use?

If I had not heard from my colleague that there is a universal version, I would still have been using my bookmarked TCP url, which it the old Web GUI.

I created a topic for this in TCP just last week. ​​.. you not the only one.

TCP on Web GUI is still used for some processes so it is still available. As Blommetje created a ticket for this, it will be handled accordingly.
