Whenever we want to synchronize to IAM it keeps getting stuck at 52% on the reports.
We`ve tried to recycle on the IIS en it still keeps happening.
How do we solve this problem?

Are you sure it is stuck and not working anymore, or that it takes quite a long time to synchronize to IAM? The more reports the model contains, the longer that step takes. Report data can be quite a few MB's of data, and having for example 20 reports will increase the time it takes to synchronize.
If it does fail, the Indicium log should contain the error.
