When selecting: “Active by default” it is remember when I close the tab and reopen it. However, when I close the whole application and reopen it, the selection is lose and I need to select it again.
Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

I believe this was fixed with a platform improvement. Have you installed all available hotfixes?
+23That does not answer the question I'm afraid. Can you download the hotfixes from TCP for the 2024.1 platform version and deploy these hotfixes on you SF and IAM databases?

Ah okay.
I'm sorry, but I'm unable to download it because I can't select a customer in the download modal. I will need to wait until the holidays are over for someone with another login to return.
