It’s possible to setup the scope url in the software factory, not in the IAM environment only token url and authorisation URL can be filled in.

If I understand correctly you are asking if you can override the scope in IAM?
At the moment this is indeed not possible. It is on the backlog but i can not say when it will be picked up.
