We have passed a new user through the ticket system for use of the Thinkwise Community.
This should now be settled, but what does the user now need to do to log in.
Could you please pass this on.

Once the account is made, the user should have received an email in which he or she can set a password. Thereafter logging in should be possible. Did the email arrive?

Who did you have contact with? - I can’t seem to find the ticket.

I can pass on the message, sadly cannot change his email address as I'm only a moderator.

Philipp should have gotten an email about completing his registration. 

In the email there is a blue button for Creating a password. 

After creating a password he should be able to login in the community and in TCP.

Have you sent the mail to {changed by moderator}?


There was indeed a different emailadress assigned. He should receive an email on {changed by moderator} right now.
