In the documentation it is mentioned that both iOS and Android are supported.
Nothing is mentioned about iPadOS (current version 14.4.1). Recently, Apple decided to split iOS into iOS (for iPhones) and iPadOS (for iPads). I don't expect that this is a problem, but our customer wants to know if a developed app can also be run on an iPad.
So, does Thinkwise also run on iPadOS and thus can be opened on an iPad?

Yes, this is the case. iPadOS is basicallyiOS but with a few additions specially for the iPad. The GUI should have no problem with it.
