I have created a bar chart that shows the on-time performance of various items.

One of my cube view fields is called 'type', which corresponds to the cube area 'column'. An example is shown below:

I would like to know if it’s possible to assign specific colors to the columns. For example:

  • Replace the blue color for 'on-time' with green.
  • Replace the red color for 'early' with blue.
  • Replace the green color for 'late' with red.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to assign a specific color.

However, there are some color palettes to choose from (User interface > Business intelligence > Cube views > Form):

You can somewhat influence which value gets assigned to which color in the palette by forcing the order of the possible values, but that's about it.

A community idea was raised on this topic in the past, but it was closed due to a lack of votes.
