20231027 - AI Code review implementation 🚀

The Software Factory can now use AI to automatically perform a code review on any control procedure set to be reviewed. After the review, the response is shown as comments on the tab Code review > Comments.
To start using the AI code review, enable the AI review checkbox in Software Factory > Maintenance > Configuration > Use AI review. More info on the AI Code review can be found here: Code review | Thinkwise Documentation (thinkwisesoftware.com)

On top of this new functionality, a new input parameter is introduced: Temperature. This parameter allows you to tweak the creativity of the AI's responses. It is available for the LLM Completion, Chat completion and Instruction connector.
Note: this functionality works best with Indicium 2023.3.11 and up. The current implementation can only review control procedure templates.

20231023 - Fix upper case in role variant

A couple procedures contained an uppercase in the code which could lead to errors during Synchronization to IAM. This has been fixed.
