In this sprint, we fixed some issues and added support for features in the Thinkwise Platform 2023.1.0 release.

Minor fixes and tasks
Windows GUI- We have fixed a "nullref" error in the Windows GUI. It would occur when the Write file process action did not have an encoding. It now defaults to 'UTF-8', just like Indicium.Web GUI- We have fixed a bug where a detail would not refresh after a Change filters process action changed the parents' filter.
