20231030 - Prevent lock during archiving

Archiving the current user branch after executing a merge session or manually archiving the current user branch will prompt the user to select a new branch. A previous hotfix ensured the branch currently being archived would not be selected. However, this caused waiting times in certain situations, when the asynchronous archiving would already be running.
This situation has been resolved. A different method is now used to prevent that the archiving branch will be chosen as target branch on the switch branch task.
