Notify users for new ideas (Work Around)

Unfortunately, it is still not possible to subscribe to receive notifications for new arrivals, so good ideas can easily be missed and forgotten.

I was thinking of a possible workaround, as long as GainSight can't provide a solution...

Is it not possible to build a workaround within the capabilities of Thinkwise and have an overview of new ideas sent weekly from TCP to notify all users with a Thinkwise account?

Download ideas with HTTP Connector, etc...

It looks to be that Gainsight will implement this feature (finally) this year.

We are aiming to have the ability to subscribe to individual Product Areas in Q3/Q4 this year. (link)

    Gainsight has provided an update on this article:

    Thanks for your continued patience on this one and to everyone who's kept the thread active over the years.

    We're actively working to bring this to development. The plan is to enhance the subscriptions UI with the ability to choose which categories you want notifications for so you're not flooded with every idea, just the ones relevant to your interest while allowing for subscribing to the full Ideas module as well. We'll share an update here once we have a timeline to confirm.
