Hi All,

In Universal gui I find myself constantly and more and more violently hitting the ESCAPE key on my keyboard trying to close popups.

I click on a lookup to check if I select the correct client, or whatever, and want to close it. BAM!

But nothing happens.

Idea;

Use Escape keyboard button to close a lookup/popup in Universal gui (next to Cancel button)

Alexander

(Note, I assume this is on the backlog anyway, given the win gui specs..  So it’s between an idea and the question… ‘when we will get this?’ )

This sprint we are working on support for both Esc and Ctrl + Enter to confirm all kind of popups.

We will keep you posted through this topic.

This will be resolved in the next Universal GUI release (2024.2.11) which is release on the 10th of June as an official release.

Also we've added support for pressing Ctrl+Enter on most of the popups.
