We would like to see information regarding the domains of the mock data. When entering the data it is not clear what you can enter in the forms. Sometimes you have to enter an element number of a domain, or just an int or varchar. It would also be nice to have an field after the form where you can add notes regarding the data entry.

For now, we have added the datatype to the screen as presented here in the screenshot. That means that it is visible whether it should be a varchar (including length), numeric, int, etc.
