We'd like to have rich text editing capabilities on the Description field of Work items. Right now we feel we have insufficient possibilities to style work items in a way that make them more readable for other users (and for the author).
I know the field can be enlarged using the magnifying glass icon, but that only makes the field larger.
This is implemented for the upcoming SF 2021.1 version.
