Unnecessary functions in 'paperplane' menu

For Zeeman, a ‘first visit’ functionality is created on the loginpage. This functionality is also available in the paperplane menu (top-left button in the SF, this menu is used to logout or change password). The ‘first visit’ function is unnecessary in that menu, and might confuse users (see screenprints below)

I understand that it is impossible to differentiate between the loginpage and paperplane-menu. Can this be made possible?
Or is there another way to show this ‘first visit’ function on the loginpage, and not showing it where it is not needed?

Hi Kirsten,

Currently there is no way to work around this.

This is not a official documented feature of our products and would only work in our Web GUI.

Maybe it’s better to bring up a community idea with your wishes so we could think of a better solution for this.

Thx for your reply

This function is created for Zeeman to enroll employees in EPiC*. We don't have emailadresses of our employees. I am told that all enrollment options in the SF require emailadresses (to send the invite). Do you know of alternatives that do not require mailadresses?

Kirsten

Hi Kirsten,

Thanks for your clarification.

Maybe this community question and answers bring you to a proper workaround. The user has to manage to login for this.
