The badge on tiles color format

Hi,

I want to change the color for badge number on the tiles.

requirement

currently the tile is as below : 

current situation

I updated below in theme for it: 

from the document

Synced IAM, however the changes are not reflected in the windows GUI. 

Am I missing anything? 

Please advice.

It seems that the windows GUI misses code that applies these settings.
Could you create a ticket in TCP for this problem?
