Give an error if indicium and universal are out of sync

For universal to work properly indicium needs to be in line with the universal version. However nothing is preventing you from using an older indicium version. This can result in errors and features not working properly. It would be helpful if universal would check during the login process if the indicium version is in line with universal. If not give a popup warning, something like: universal and indicium are out of sync some functionality might not work properly. Bonus points if we can show the universal and indicum versions in this popup.
