Why does the SF block the import of model?

I would expect imports work within the same versions of 2025.1. Is there a reason why a different sub-version blocks this task? And is there an easy tool to upgrade a model without upgrading the whole environment where the model is exported from?

Your current version is an STS version. You can’t import an 2025.1 model into a 2025.1.14 version since there could be model changes. To import this model you have to import the model into a 2025.1 version and upgrade it to 2025.1.14, then export it and import it again. There is currently no option to upgrade a model export externally.
