Should Filter - Multiple levels listen to extended property "DisableFilterOnDetails" with backwards compatibility?

As the latest Universal GUI (2025.2.10.0) is backwards compatible with 2025.1, we can already use this so enjoy some new features and a couple of bugfixes.

Noting the option for the Filter form to also support filtering in Detail tabs and the older platform not having the settings for them yet (As far as I could find), should perhaps the Filter form listen to the extended property “DisableFilterOnDetails”?

Especially considering the possible performance impact, I probably would want to disable detail filtering all together for now until we are on 2025.2 and can decide for certain details what we want to support.

@Mark_Plaggenborg Discussed this internally, we’ll add support for this Extended property in the Universal GUI, but only in combination with Platform version 2025.1 and older. Aim is to include this in the next 2025.2.11 Release.

We can confirm that this will be included in the 2025.2.11 release, which is planned to be released on the 4th of August.

If you want to try earlier, you can download a nightly build tomorrow, from the 24th of July.
