After changing password, default procedures go wrong

In the windows GUI, after changing your password, you get errors during default procedures. The debug only says: “Default”.

This is solved by restarting or reinstalling the Windows GUI. 

Reproduction steps:

  1. Open the windows GUI
  2. Change your password to something else
  3. Trigger actions with default procedures and lookups

Current behavior: 

An error with the text: “Default”

Hi ​@martijngaasbeek,

This seems to be a bug that is best reported in a TCP ticket. I would like to ask you to do this, including the reproduction and the GUI version information.

Unfortunately I don't have access to the TCP, your colleague advised me to share it here.. The reproduction steps are mentioned in my initial story.
