Sometime I see this;
Why, how, and who gets to see this? I don't want any end users to see this.
Is it because I am admin? Or.. something else.

Universal gui - new version is out notification - why

Hi Alex,
That is because a new version of universal has been installed, but this user doesn't have those changes yet. Everyone who uses Universal can see this after Universal has been updated..
The reason they get this message, is that they can finish their work before updating. If we'd do it automatically there might be loss of data.
We have work on the backlog to do this in the background if we're sure no changes are there, then you wouldn't see it as often, only when Universal gets updated while you're working. Not immediately after visiting the universal url.
