An item from the Thinkstore is stuck on the status “Installing” What can be done to solve this?

I think the flow failed, as this appeared in the Indicium log:

Flow: system_flow_thinkstore_download

Hi Mark,

Please submit a ticket so we can investigate this further.

@Mark_Plaggenborg  don't know your setup, but we had this in the past. In our case on RedHat linux where the combination of SQL server 2022 CU 17 & 18 (issue solved in CU19) and an update of openSSL on the Distro created the issue for us.

Don't know if it's completely the same, but the message posted is similar to what we got.

@Anne Buit a TCP ticket has been created: 13510S

@Freddy Thanks for your response. We are however running on an Azure environment and I was able to use the Thinkstore earlier that week or the week before. So I do think it is an unfortunate event with the SSL interruption. There is no “retry” button, so we are kinda stuck on this item for that reason.

With the response in the TCP ticket by Thinkwise it was solved by clearing the status column  of the “thinkstore” table for the specific record.

After that the task to Download became available and installing after that went without a hitch.
