Currently we're testing our application on the universal. The issue we're having is that the themes we apply in the SF aren’t shown there.
We’re using the RC2.1.0 GUI version with platform version 2020.1
Note: the themes are applied if we use the web gui.

Have you applied the Theme to Universal? Like this:
