What could be the reason that table icons are not shown on detail tabs in de Windows GUI?

If it’s missing for all detail tabs then you probably have a theme where this is deactivated:

That was it. Thank you.
So in the end a simple solution, but I did not expect this in theme settings.
And it didn't come up when I searched the documentation either. You may need to add something to the documentation for this.
