Hi Marieke,
The documentation appears to be incorrect as Tab control is not something that exists. Most likely, the documentation was trying to talk about the Tab properties. there you can enter a label and use an icon for the screentype. The label can be translated and the icon will be shown on the tab.
We have created an internal ticket for this to correct this. In this thread we will let you know when this is fixed.
