Hi,
We have customers that (still) scan documents to a TIFF-format. As far as I can see the default Universal viewer doesn't preview files of this type. Is there an option to view these types of documents?

Currently previewing this type of file is not supported by the preview component.
You could potentially create an idea for this, if you really want to have this feature, but personally I would recommend considering to have the file submitted in a different file format.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately we are talking about files in an archive-format which are by default not allowed to transform to another format (at least not without a certified substitution process). We can provide a kind of preview rendition which would than be a to PDF exported variant and provide the original for download. With a supported viewer we wouldn't have to implement this rendition option.
