What conditions must be met for this to work? I understood that this no longer requires an extender definition and that the option 'Grid double click' in the task table will suffice.

What am I doing wrong if it doesn't work?

The SF is version 2021.3 and Windows GUI 2021.3.16

Goodmorning Mark,

Yes, this is the case. The grid is in auto edit mode, but only a few columns are editable. For all other columns the double click should trigger the task.

Hope this can be enabled a next release.

You can raise an Idea for this

Hi Harm,

Just to be sure, the Gird is not in Edit in grid mode right? Then it will not work as double clicking then is reserved for selecting data.

I'm not exactly sure what other conditions have to be met but if the previous suggestion isn’t it, I'll ask internally.
