Showing Caps lock warning when logging in on Web GUI application

Is it possible to enable a warning to tell the user if their Caps lock is turned on? 

 

I know that the Windows GUI does have it but I don't seem to be seeing it nor being able to enable it for the Web GUI, hence the question.
