Is it possible to set the padding of columns when using Universal GUI?

Although the Universal GUI provides a nice readable screen, it is sometimes desirable to display more data on one screen. Certainly with mobile devices it may therefore be desirable to have less "white space" and to be able to display the data a bit closer together.

Adding a compact mode to the Universal GUI is currently scheduled for August.

Hi Marc,

Currently the Universal GUI does not use the padding set in the Software Factory. It is also not planned and it is still undecided if we want to deviate from the Material Design standard.

@Marc Ferket In response to your reference about Mobile devices: using Breakpoint Screen Types we show the Cardlist on Mobile devices instead of the Grid. With the Cardlist less space is needed to display information and in addition we usually also limit the number of fields compared to the Grid.

Thank you for your response @Arie V  We will try to see if the card list is applicable for our situation
