At times we will generate several documents with the reporting service which we want to print. For one document this can be done manually after the generating. We will open the report and print the document with our standard printer options. (web GUI) This way the document will be printed from our personal account.

What if we want to print 100 generated documents at once? We don't want 100 pop-up's to show.

Questions:
  1. Can the reporting service handle printing in 'bulk' using the follow me printer?
  2. Is there a way we can print reports in 'bulk' directly using a task? (web GUI)

Hi Raj,

It is not possible to print files directly using a WebGUI interface. It is only possible to download the documents as a .PDF file.

This leaves you with 2 options:
  1. Multi select the documents you would like to print. The WebGUI will create a .ZIP file containing all .PDF files for each specific document
  2. Alter you initial report (used to create the document) and make it support the values of multiple rows within just 1 document. That way you can combine the selected documents into just one document and one .PDF file. Therefor allowing you to print your selected documents all at once.
