It is possible to have in the preview of the document a set number of rows shown? For example: if I have an excel with 100 rows can I only display the first 10 in the preview document screen component?

It's currently not possible to show a subset of a file on the previewer. If you feel multiple developers could benefit from this feature then feel free to create an idea for this in the idea section.
