Hi,

We have deployed an app to the client. The consultant however somehow managed to delete his own main admin account. Due to this, we couldn’t access IAM anymore.
I did not want to ask the client to fix this, so we ran some queries and all is ok now.
Is there an option to somehow prevent this - aside from smarter consultants?

Can we - as developers - perhaps create a ‘Mandatory’ account that will always be there, and cannot be deleted from IAM through the gui?

A simple mistake cost quite a bit of time..

This is currently not possible, unless you would add a trigger to avoid this. Perhaps your best option is to  add an idea for this in the ideas section, where it's not possible to delete admin accounts.
