Hi,

I'm trying to setup a multi tenant multi application environment, where i have created a new Tenant for a new Application and made this user only an User Administrator for the new Tenant.

The issue i'm running in to is that the new Tenant that is only User Admin for the new Tenant can still see all users from the other tenants. Note that i'm only having this issue 1 environment, local and on our test environment this works without any issues.

Working setup on test: TESTENANT has 2 users in the tenant where one is an user administrator.

  1. Tenant
  2. Users with TESTENANT
  3. When logged in as the TESTENANT user admin i can only see users for this Tenant

Not working setup with the same settings:

  1. Tenant 4 & 5 only have an User Administrator
  2. Green is Tenant 5, Yellow tenant 4
    1.

  3. When logged in as Tenant 5 user Administrator we can see all users from all Tenants, where Tenant 5 only contains 2 users linked to that Tenant.

I tried the exact same thin in this environment several times with the same results, where the exact same test on our test environment works perfectly on this environment it never does.

Hi Marlon,

We did distribute a hotfix that should resolve this problem:

20241014 - Resolved tenancy filter not applying for dbo users

Have you run all the latest hotfixes available?
