+4At the moment it is not possible to use Model Insights in combination with a form or grid that’s not in edit mode. Even though the table/ row/ column/ cell information is actually available Model Insights doenst trigger (because you cant trigger eventlisteners on read only fields I suppose). Only rarely it works on read columns.
I’ve checked if the information is available by using webpage inspector and check components (and parents). I’ve added a gif for reference.

To me, this seems like a shortcoming of the current Model Insights functionality.
Please create a ticket so we can resolve this accordingly.
