Sometimes a user gets the following message. This looks like a GUI message (TSFReportMailer?). The report file is stored in the model. What could be the reason?

Hi Andre,

Does this issue consistently occur with the same report, or is it specific to a particular user?

It is specific to a particular user. It happens always with the same report, but it does not always occur.

Thanks, that helps.

Since it’s user-specific and only occurs intermittently with the same report, it’s more likely related to user-specific settings or access rights rather than the report itself.

Does this always happen on the same network, or does it also occur from different locations? Or does the report use subreports that can only be accessed from a specific location?

Could you check the logs around the moment this happens to see if there’s anything there that might help narrow it down further?

It happens on the same location and network. The report has no subreports. It is a proces flow using the TSFReportMailer in the Windows GUI.
