Hello everyone,

I wanted to ask if there is an existing JIRA integration available with the TCP environment. We are currently facing a situation where we have duplicate administration of all TCP tickets, and we are considering reusing an existing integration if it exists.

If anyone has experience or knowledge about this, your insights would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I have not heard of any customers using such integration. Hopefully someone on the Community has created an integration before, preferably with JIRA.
