We are upgrading to the new SF 2023.1 and i get this error when generating the definition of a branch The column name should be vrs_control_model_vrs_id. All the other upgrade_sql do refer to the correct column name.This piece of code is generated and i cannot edit it. What have i missed or am i doing wrong?Thanks

Hello,I have a handler functionality that gets fired when a record update is executed in a grid (by clicking the save icon).Since the handler contains multiple logical steps and will soon get convoluted, I was wondering if there is a way to model this functionality in a process flow - it would provide a better overview of the functionality with its actions and decisions.I tried implementing such a process flow, using the “Edit Row” and “Grid Edit” actions that led to a “Start Task” action (containing a template with the whole handler functionality as a test), but with no success. Thank you.
Hi,In the web gui i can set a domain with a color picker. I would love to have an option to use for conditional formatting. Example. The user creates an office 'Office A’ and selects 'Red’. And 'Office B’ and 'Blue’. In the list with Tasks/Invoice/whatever, the end user will see the rows for Office A marked as Red. Is there any way to facilitate this? Alex
In the Software Factory documentation I read something about the buttons "Test console" and "Test case recorder". Thing is, I only see them in a test environment (against the SF and without IAM) in the GUI, but they appear grayed out. In the documentation pages they appear active...Is there anybody who knows how to activate them and better, how to use them? I seem to remember these buttons in the past (SF G9.8 or so), but why are these buttons still there if the can;t be used?See Developer mode | Thinkwise Documentation (thinkwisesoftware.com)
Web GUI:After using a tab with Auto Refresh enabled other tabs and even menu’s keep refreshing:When editing, the text is selected every auto refresh, making it hard for users to type longer texts. The right-click-menu disappears every auto refresh.Auto-refresh should be limited to only the tab where enabled.
Currently when i set my @add_button_type to hidden in the layout logic, my process flow that contains an add row process action does not work.Is there a way i can keep it hidden in the GUI but still be able to use it by clicking on a task which then activates a process flow to add a row?

Hi everyone, I’m having trouble with displaying two columns on the same line in the universial GUI. I have one column with a custom HTML element containing a small icon surrounded with an anchor tag. Besides that i’m trying to show an e-mail address. When i try to do this by ordering them after each other and changing the ‘Fields no. of positions further’ They are being displayed on the same line, however the email field is being cut short. If been trying to change this by changing the field_width of both fields to different values but it seems they share the same space and i’m only changing how the space of both elements is being distributed. As you can see in the image below there is plenty of empty space to work with but whatever I’ve tried I can’t seem to use this space for the email addresses. The date field has a higher order number and has a value of 1 on‘ Fields no. of positions further’ Is there a solution for my problem? (universal GUI version 2021.3.14.0)
Hi,In my grid I use the aggregate functions to show a total. However, some grid lines must be ignored. Can I control the aggregate (e.g with sql). Or, any suggestions on how to this otherwise? e.g ; Instead of 600,- I want the first grid line to be ignored, and show 500,-
With every new to add item our field BookingNr is auto set by for example Last high BookingNr + 1.This works fine when using the Add button (Ctrl ++), however, this does not work for the Copy button (Ctrl + Alt ++).A very tedious workaround could be to create a ‘copy’ task which copies all fields from an existing row, except for the one we wish to set separately, but this is far from ideal. Furthermore, we can refer to ‘Add new’ by verifying with@import_modebut this only separates ‘Add new’ from ‘Update’ - of course Copy would be same as Add new. I would like to know if there is a quick and simple way to do what we need without above mentioned workaround?Please advise. Thank you,Paul
Hi,We have few domains with all Upper case and Initial Caps as case types. It works as expected in Windows GUI, but when i tried to add new row through Universal, the data is not changing to Initial Caps/Upper case based on domain case type. How do i make it reflect in Universal? Please advise.
Hello,I see something strange. I have added a layout procedure to a task that says that if the status is 'archived', the column must not be editable. Now I expect that the column is no longer editable, what is still possible. And if I change it to a status that is not ‘archived’ then the following error is shown.

Users can set other extensions during the import and will receive an error message afterwards.
