Few questions to password strength change.
I would like to know if by changing the password strength from 3/5 to 4/5 on live system, will it create any issues to users?
Will the users be forced to change password to match the new strength or will it be enforced next time they arechanging password?

Changing the password strength will not force users to change their passwords. It only applies when the user changes his/her password. Then the password should match the strength.
