In my application, the users needs to have control over the order of the columns. Therefore, I need the configuration field in IAM to be set to move or complete. However, the default value is none when a user is created.
Is it possible to change this default value of none to another value when a new user is created.
Kind regards,
Mark

Hi Mark,
I’ve checked adding a new User in the latest version of our platform and while manually adding a user the “Configuration” field is empty and mandatory. So you have to make a choice there while adding a user.
Hi Erik,
In my case, the user is added after logging in for the first time via SSO.
Is it possible to add a default value to this sequence?
Kind regards,
Mark
@Mark Leunissen You can manage the “Configuration” under the “Advanced menu” and also set one to default.
To change to the Advanced menu you click upper left on the application and select the menu there:
There you can find “User preference availability” under menu “Master data”.
Set the one you want as default there:
Your application is in Dutch, so the names would be slightly different, but I am confident you will be able to find it.
Note:The menu or item might only show when your account has sufficient rights to manage IAM.
Hi @Mark_Plaggenborg ,
Thanks, works like a charm!
Kind regards,
Mark
@Mark Leunissen @Mark_Plaggenborg quick addition: instead of taking the Advanced menu route, I believe you can simply open the Configuration’s Lookup pop-up from the User subject and change the Default in the Lookup pop-up.
