How to get rid of extra empty collumn in grid when using only 1 column?

How can i get rid of the extra column  in the grid when i use only 1 collumn 

Now it generates a fake scroll bar and doenst look nice

Hello Marco,

At this point that extra column cannot be removed, Not by any setting or by using custom CSS.

Could you create an issue for this?
