Hey Ashwini,
Creating a tree view is not as hard as you might think. Using a view is a very good choice. See Components | Thinkwise Documentation (thinkwisesoftware.com) for more information. To use the tree view, you should have a parent-child relationship with your categories as parent and products as child.
