How do i set Excel style filtering on WebGUI?

Is the functionality mentioned bellow available in the WebGUI? 

I could not found how to set this in SF.

Hi,

This feature is not available for the Web GUI and I'm quite sure this won't be implemented anymore as we are focused on getting new features added to the Universal GUI:
