For our project, we want to implement a dashboard having all employee names in the form of tiles. When clicked on it, the details will be seen.
Can we have data in the form of tiles?

Don't think this is possible. You can create tiles using the card list component and some HTML fields, but by my knowledge they are not clickable yet. You can however show some metrics in the card list.
