Sometimes we run into the following, kinda difficult to explain problem.
Our end-user uses the web gui, wants to execute a tasks, clicks .. and nothing happens.
When she closes that tab, goes back to that row, executes, it works fine.
This happens for several users, in several screens.
Like something is stuck, doesn’t refresh or something.
Any thoughts on this?
Any errors printed in the console tab of the browsers DevTools in this case?
And are you using an up-to-date version of the GUI?

My coworker said this was no longer an issue, but this morning it happened again.
Client wanted to ‘Finalize’ a Job. Click task. The ‘running task’ popup shows for a sec.. it looks like it’s doing something, but no dice. Closing the tab, reopening, and all good.
But off course very inconvenient for the client.
We are not using an up to date version of the gui - I Will update next week - see what happens.
I cannot ask the end user to devtools. There not very… at home in these things and that makes it difficult working remote. I will ask QA if similar things happen in testing environments.
