Font & layout options texteditor in universal gui

Compared to the Windows GUI, the Universal GUI offers limited formatting options in the text editor.
Most of the font and paragraph options are missing, and we require them. Additionally, the ability to add tables and links is essential for us. This is preventing us from transitioning to the Universal GUI.
