Is there a possibility to filter (e.g. on the resource name) in the resource scheduler?

I now have a long list with employees and their availability, but to find an employee you have to search in this very long list.

Any suggestions to solve this?

Thanks,

Peter

Hi Peter,

It is possible to filter on Resource name by using the Filter. When you right click on the resource names, you can select and open the Filter. There you can filter on the available columns. To set up new columns, you can add them in the Software Factory at Subjects → [scheduler]_resource → Data → Filter → Visible for filter:

SF
GUI

Alternatively you can add a combined filter to filter on this column.

Hi Marc,

Thanks for your reply.

I didn’t see this option. Thanks for explaining.
