Is there a way to create an Excel-file with multiple worksheets?
Preferrably I would like to have a task for writing to each worksheet and connect them in a process flow with the write file in the end to create the actual Excel file.
How do I do this?

That is not possible I'm afraid. We are able to create a single worksheet .xlsx file through the GUI but not via Process Flows.
