We noticed that the documentation for setting up OAuth doesn't correspond with what they see in Azure config panel, step 6 is the problem, Azure states that legacy API's are no longer supported since June 2022

https://docs.thinkwisesoftware.com/docs/kb/exchange#configure-oauth

How do we set up Azure in order to get this working?

It appears that Microsoft has updated the Azure portal and moved things around making it more difficult to find the exact setting.

Hi @Henk-Jan van Laar, it seems like the option to select the Exchange API has moved to a different tab.

Starting from step 6, the following might work:

  1. Select Add a permission. On the Request API permissions page, go to the tab APIs my organization uses, search for Office and select Office 365 Exchange Online.

  2. Select Delegated permissions and then select EWS.AccessAsUser.All under EWS. Click on Add permissions.

If it still does not work, it might be required to replace the assigned Delegated permissions with the Application permission full_access_as_app under Other permissions.

The documentation will be updated if this solution works.

They got it working with help from Barry a few weeks ago, I don’t remember exactly how they did it but it’s probably what you described.
