Latest version is 2021.1.19. You can see the version(build) on the Indicium landing page (https:///server]//indicium]).

I have created a TCP ticket for you for this as this might also be causing trouble for other customers. The ticket number is 81998.
It says:

Build: 13
It is the version of the installation package 2021.1

Could you try it with the latest version of Indicium? Do keep in mind that this version needs .NET5. Check the release notes for more details.
I think the licensing is not working due to having an older version of Indicium.

I am very sorry for responding so late. But you know, busy, busy, busy.
I did the registration again without any modifications and now it worked. Just with the current version of Indicium.
