Is there anyone who knows how to solve this problem? The error message appears only for 1 person we currently know of.

Hi,

When does that person get this error pop-up? Is that on login, opening a particular screen or something else?

You could also try the latest Windows GUI to see if that resolves the issue. We would like to see the so-called Stacktrace of this error. You can obtain that by forcing/experiencing this error, then navigating to the Debug screen inside the Windows GUI (Does require you to open the GUI as Developer), and then selecting the error. All information regarding that error should be in there. That is what we would like to see.
